Our production efficiencies mean better prices for our customers. Our
capacity to supply consistent high-quality meat products and value-based
marketing also works to assist us in maintaining relative price stability
compared with our competitors.
Our
continued sales growth has been achieved by a combination of the following
additional factors:

effective management of livestock purchases;

substantial capital investment in equipment and people to expand and
improve our production efficiency and the quality of the business;

dedicated management combined with stable industrial relations; and

unequivocal attention to customer needs
We have initiated a regular market research effort designed to continuously
monitor customer needs and wants.
The results of our initial independent customer survey suggest that we are
able to deliver consistent high-quality meat products with a 97 per customer
satisfaction rating by wholesalers, retail butchers, supermarkets and the
food service sector. We are committed, well positioned, and fully resourced
to supply quality, competitively priced product to our customers.
In particular, we can:

deliver all types of cuts of lamb product Australia-wide;

cartoned product, either cryovac or fresh;

through Pastoral Prime we can supply "from paddock to
plate" consistent high-quality product – we currently supply around 1,300
lambs per week under this label;
-
link into direct, on-line ordering into stores.
While beef production accounts for a
relatively small portion of our business, we also supply quality carcase
beef and veal. |
